How to place an order
Simply browse our website, add the products you would like into the shopping basket. Click the 'basket' icon, located top right of each page and ensure to check your selection is correct after you have finished shopping. Next, click 'Proceed to Checkout' here you will be asked for details we require to be able to process your order. Most addresses in the UK are free delivery, although there are some exceptions.
When shopping with OUTBOX all payment transactions are securely handled on our behalf by Paypal. Pay online with; Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Paypal or American Express.
At OUTBOX we sometime run promotions and discount offers.
It is important to note these promotional prices are on a time limit only. Once the promotion has expired the discounted price will no longer be available.
How to track your order
We will send you a dispatch confirmation email as soon as we have dispatched your product. Log into your account on the OUTBOX website to check your order details.
Is your order missing?
Please contact us if your order has not arrived 5 days after receipt of your dispatch confirmation.
Returning a product
Before you return any OUTBOX product, please email our Customer Services Team firstname.lastname@example.org Important note; if the products returned are found not to be in a resalable condition they will be returned to you at your expense.
